I asked him when I could get my vehicle serviced, he said 8:00 in the morning would be best to get in and out. I relied on the information and I scheduled another appointment for 10:30. I then received a telling me that my service appointment is at 10:00! My husband took the vehicle in for me and NOONE told him when the vehicle was finished.
