Both the wife and I are very happy with the dealer and the exceptional customer service provided by Ricky, Armando and Jeffrey who helped through out the purchasing process. We were not in the market to purchase a new vehicle. The wife and I were on our way to San Diego to purchase a used truck, but due the traffic we exit the fwy 15 south one exit before the dealership to get around the accident using surface streets and ended up at Lake Elsinore CDJR. We felt welcomed and didn’t feel obligated or pressured to make a purchase. We will definitely recommend Lake Elsinore CDJR to our family and friends. The dealership parts department was also very helpful Jane and John apologize if I missed got the name wrong. The dealership also had other employees that offered doe assistance, I didn’t get their names. We are satisfied with our purchase and we will be back when we are ready for another vehicle. I went in for routine maintenance which included an oil change, tire rotation, and multipoint inspection. Pulled into dealership. Normally there is someone there to greet you and ask why you’re there. This change, tire rotation, and multipoint inspection. Pulled into dealership. Normally there is someone there to greet you and ask why you’re there. This time I stood outside for 5 minutes and then when no one ever came out I figured I’d go inside. There were 2 advisers working with other customers, but still stood there another 2 minutes with no greeting. Not a great first impression. Was finally greeted and turned my keys over and told I could wait in customer area for an hour while my service was completed. Gotta say, I’ve not seen such a sparse waiting area in a dealership in decades. Just a few, small, uncomfortable club chairs. More like a small mechanics waiting room. My service was completed and I was given my paperwork and off on my way. I looked over the paperwork a few hours later and there was no multipoint inspection sheet included. My service notes indicated that an inspection should be done. I really wanted to know how much was left on my brakes and condition of other systems. I wrote an email to my advisor the next day asking for a copy of the inspection sheet. Have never received a response. I can only assume it was not done, which is a pretty basic thing. If you can’t get that right, why would I come back?? Oh, if they had done the inspection they might have found my battery was failing. I had to go back to another dealership a few days later when I kept having yo jump my car. This dealership has a bunch of problems and should evaluate how they conduct business and implement changes that would result in customers NOT leaving bad reviews. More
