Took cabin air filter out to show me (90% of a 5 minute total task), then said if I want to replace it, it would be over $60. I asked why so much and they said labor costs included. So I said no to replacing it, meaning they had to spend the final 1 minute to put it back. (I can do it in 5 minutes). Such a horrible deal! I bought a FRAM replacement for under $15. The whole business does not seem as welcoming as the old Lake Country before it was sold. More
We had the 3 M shield installed on our new 4 runner. The guy who came into Lake Country Toyota to install did a very nice job. We had 1,200 miles on the vehicle and already 3 rock chips on the hood.
