We had the 3 M shield installed on our new 4 runner. The guy who came into Lake Country Toyota to install did a very nice job. We had 1,200 miles on the vehicle and already 3 rock chips on the hood. Dealer claimed I didn't have a problem with A/C controls. I was able to replicate the issue an hour after I left dealership. Same old crap, took a year and 3 dealers to finally resolve a seat issue.
