After dropping our vehicle off to be serviced and telling them what the problem was and the noises it was making, the problem did not get fixed. Immediately after picking it up and getting in the car to driv them what the problem was and the noises it was making, the problem did not get fixed. Immediately after picking it up and getting in the car to drive it home, it still made the same noise underneath. We turned around and went back in, they gave us a rental car right away to use. The next day when we picked it back up, they said it was a rock in the breaks. We took the vehicle home and the noise was still there. We called Lakes Country and asked to speak to the service manager, he was not in at the time so we were told the manager would call us back the next day. We never received a phone call back from anyone. They were fully aware we had a 2 week road trip coming up with this vehicle. Due to the issues not being addressed, we are now stranded in Colorado while we wait for our vehicle to get fixed in a shop here. Very unimpressed. More

Appreciate prompt attention to car service, after some mixed up communication. Super frustrated by 4 month wait for car to be delivered and also frustrated that the car only came with one pod, when in th mixed up communication. Took cabin air filter out to show me (90% of a 5 minute total task), then said if I want to replace it, it would be over $60. I asked why so much and they said labor costs included. So I said no to replacing it, meaning they had to spend the final 1 minute to put it back. (I can do it in 5 minutes). Such a horrible deal! I bought a FRAM replacement for under $15. The whole business does not seem as welcoming as the old Lake Country before it was sold. More
