I am not impressed with my first service at this establishment (I purchased my vehicle here), specifically customer service and the lack of communication. I had an appointment, arrived early, was t establishment (I purchased my vehicle here), specifically customer service and the lack of communication. I had an appointment, arrived early, was told the service would take approximately three hours. I was told I'd be called when my vehicle was ready. I informed them I'd be running errands in the local area. I called approximately 4 hours later (service should be complete based on 3 hour estimate) since I had not heard anything. I was told the service was still not complete and would take a couple more hours. What the heck! It was a three hour service, you've had the vehicle 4 hours, and still need several more hours. I was given several reasons for the delay. I understand employees calling out sick. I also understand managers need to make decisions based on changing and unexpected circumstances. However, I do not understand the lack of communication. At a minimum, I should have been called at the 3 hour mark (or before) to let me know what was going on and my service would be delayed several hours behind my scheduled appointment. On the upside, the work was completed as expected, I received apologies, and was compensated for the situation. My recommendation, do better in your communication with customers. Our time is equally important. More
I specifically asked my tire pressure be 40lbs to adapt for winter cold and when I got it back and checked on the way home they were at 37lbs. Everything else was done well as far as I can tell for winter cold and when I got it back and checked on the way home they were at 37lbs. Everything else was done well as far as I can tell More
