Service was polite and reasonably prompt. Would have been good to know before appointment that checks are no longer accepted. Lucky for Toyota that I had a card with me. Took Jeep there to trade and they told me the motor was probably jun. I said, could you fix it, they said no, they would wholesale it. Gave me a low trade. Went back 6 days later and my Jeep was on the probably jun. I said, could you fix it, they said no, they would wholesale it. Gave me a low trade. Went back 6 days later and my Jeep was on the lot all cleaned up for sale. After 3.5 hours (I only looked at 1 vehicle and didn’t test drive it), I finally let. The new F& I transition happened and paperwork took forever (I was the only person in the showroom most of the time). Got in new (to me) vehicle and the window was chipped and cracked. Only got 1 key and had to return and pay for a 2nd. Nice sales guy, but just felt like the diagnosis, the lack of detail in Toyota certification, lack of spare key and 3.5 hour sales process was a bit much… More
The staff responded quickly to all my requests - including getting the best mechanic on-site to go on a test ride and try to diagnose a strange sound my car was making.
