I recently bought a truck a week before my acceptance and my front left brake piston froze up and they replaced it at no cost . A day later my temperature gauge wasn’t reading right and my temperature is the my front left brake piston froze up and they replaced it at no cost . A day later my temperature gauge wasn’t reading right and my temperature is the truck wasn’t at temp when the was on a hour break. I ran it for an hour and it was throwing like warm air at -2 degrees which of all my suvs I’ve never had a problem with it reaching temperature. But they claim that it’s running fine which I beg to differ. They refused to replace the thermostat to make it right and now I have to worry about it during this winter knowing that if I do go on break again at the temp that I will have to deal with a like temp. I’m upset that they just want to run the truck for so many minutes without sitting in there to verify what’s going g on and it’s close to being no warranty and the the problem isn’t solved and it will leave me to put time and money into which I would have to if they actually did there job. It maybe a 22k truck but if they said that they did an inspection on the vechicle they should have caught it out. The first place. Just makes me want to dump the car back to them because they are against their word. I’m just an honest man looking for a truck that’s not goi g to cause problems within 2 weeks. That’s insane to me. If I have to put money in 2weeks after only means that this isn’t the truck that I need and I’m very open to-lime I said just drop it off and find something that’s actually worth me buying More

All of the advisors I've dealt with are extremely friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I'm never made to feel like I'm asking dumb questions, my options are always clearly explained to me (without pressure) and the decisions are mine to make. I'm a genuinely satisfied customer.
