I came in for an oil change and to check the status of two recalls. I was told I would probably have to schedule another appointment for the recall. After about 45 minutes the serviceman came out to show two recalls. I was told I would probably have to schedule another appointment for the recall. After about 45 minutes the serviceman came out to show me the air filters. I had the cabin filter replaced. I figured a few more minutes and I’d be on my way. An hour and 15 minutes later still no car. My wife went outside and there was the car…it had been washed and was completely dry! I questioned the cashier and she summoned the serviceman who informed me that they had performed the recalls. That would have been nice to know when he brought out the air filters so at least we could have asked how much longer that might take. If my wife wouldn’t have gone outside, who knows how much longer we would have been sitting there. The car had probably been done for at least 20 or 30 minutes since it was dry from the car wash. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!! I’ve been a loyal Toyota customer for over 24 years and that’s not how I expect to be treated! More
It was a good experience and very personal. A bit more help and advice on the Federal Tax Deduction (or lack thereof) would have been helpful and cost you one star. More
