The guys at the service center were friendly, prompt, and had a good sense of humor. They explained exactly what they were going to do to my car BEFORE they did it. I bought my Toyota RAV 4 at this dealership. My first visit to the service department I felt like I wasn’t given any help to learn the process. The second service nobody contacted me to let me know it was ready to pick up, there phones were down and had been for 3 weeks.I had asked that they take it through the car wash they have onsite, I found my car outside,dirty and my service reminder sticker slapped onto the side of the car. I have not feel like a valued customer in the service department. Why is a business this size and are only dealership in town without telephone service and with no way to leave a message or make service appointments for 3 weeks More
