Took cabin air filter out to show me (90% of a 5 minute total task), then said if I want to replace it, it would be over $60. I asked why so much and they said labor costs included. The whole business does not seem as welcoming as the old Lake Country before it was sold. More
We had the 3 M shield installed on our new 4 runner. The guy who came into Lake Country Toyota to install did a very nice job. We had 1,200 miles on the vehicle and already 3 rock chips on the hood. I needed to change my appointment because of COVID and that was very easy to do. I was treated with respect by technician and my concerns were addressed. Dealer claimed I didn't have a problem with A/C controls. I was able to replicate the issue an hour after I left dealership. Same old crap, took a year and 3 dealers to finally resolve a seat issue.
