The guys at the service center were friendly, prompt, and had a good sense of humor. They explained exactly what they were going to do to my car BEFORE they did it. I bought my Toyota RAV 4 at this dealership. My first visit to the service department I felt like I wasn’t given any help to learn the process. I told the associate 3 times it was my first time there. His directions were given to me like I knew the service centers process. The second service nobody contacted me to let me know it was ready to pick up, there phones were down and had been for 3 weeks.I had asked that they take it through the car wash they have onsite, I found my car outside,dirty and my service reminder sticker slapped onto the side of the car. I have not feel like a valued customer in the service department. Why is a business this size and are only dealership in town without telephone service and with no way to leave a message or make service appointments for 3 weeks More
