The people here are great but they are understaffed. When my vehicle needed service, the closest appointment I could get was two weeks away. When I arrived early for my appointment, they weren't able When my vehicle needed service, the closest appointment I could get was two weeks away. When I arrived early for my appointment, they weren't able to take the car in until well after the appointed time. In addition to an oil change and tire rotation there was additional service needed that they said would only extend the time by 5-10 minutes. (done while oil was draining) Our vehicle was available 90 minutes after the appointment began. The main advantage of an appointment is to ensure that service begins on time and they were not staffed for this to happen. I will continue to bring my vehicle there, but I will do my best to avoid having any appointments elsewhere afterward. More
