Did not resolve my transmission problem. Online appointment setter didn't allow for options describing my issue so I had to do it in person when I dropped the vehicle. Something must have got lost in translation between myself, the service attendant, and the service technician. Transmission still fails to shift under the lightest of loading and getting to 60 is a slow process if possible at all. Eventually I may come back or look elsewhere for servicing this issue, but like I said when I came in, it needs to be fixed, it needs to work. They failed me in this. More

Brought in in and the tech isolated to the turbo charger was leaking oil onto the manifold. They contacted Kimber Creek Ford and they verified that was the problem. Lake Country arranged the repairs through Kimber Creek and it was repaired under warranty. They found the problem, verified the problem and had the problem fixed. Great job More
