Everyone from the sales person to the sales manager were very friendly and professional. Used vehicle had issues unknown to myself and dealer until after the vehicle was purchased and driven about 50 mile very friendly and professional. The sales person was one of the best I delt with this week. She was knowledgeable, kind, and not pushy at all. Where they fell short was not mentioning anything about the engine break in period and the week. She was knowledgeable, kind, and not pushy at all. Where they fell short was not mentioning anything about the engine break in period and the fact the the vehicle tracks and logs everything you do then sends it off to a giant data farm. The data farm thing should be illegal and I wouldn't have bought the vehicle if I knew. I would have planned to take 3 days getting home if I knew about the breakin period. More

We had a great experience buying from Lake Country Toyota. Other dealerships told us we couldn't get a Sienna Platinum until December or January. We put a down payment in July & got delivery the end o Toyota. Other dealerships told us we couldn't get a Sienna Platinum until December or January.
