I can highly recommend Bruce Klanderud, my salesperson, for his knowledge, integrity and low key style. He has also been excellent AFTER the sale, so I can't ask for more. I also appreciate that Tim the finance guy got me financing equal to that available from my credit union WITHOUT a hard pull on my credit, and had everything ready for us to buy when we came in.
