It was the best car I have ever owned and when it was time to update we were unsure which way to go. Bruce was awesome, very knowledgeable and patient with us, and once we again decided on a new Highlander he went out of his way to make sure we knew all the ins and out. Totally pleased with our new Highlander - and on a different note, we only needed a new car as we had promised our 2006 to our granddaughter when she started driving, and suddenly that time was here. We are a Toyota family, and the service in the Baxter dealership was outstanding. Bruce was great and also everyone we talked to there were so pleasant and made us feel right at home.
