Alexander in service was great to work with once I got there. The scheduling process and lead times have gone downhill at this dealership. It takes forever to get through to a person to schedule and when there. The scheduling process and lead times have gone downhill at this dealership. It takes forever to get through to a person to schedule and when you finally do, the appointments available for an oil change are two weeks out. Very frustrating. More
I have had my vehicle in at least 4 times for an apparent leak with sunroof but they haven't been able to find the leak or fix it yet. My car stinks like mold!!! We bought a 2024 brand new Highlander XLE in June from Cory W. and had a good experience. On Tuesday August 20, I took it in for its 5,000 mile maintenance. With a little over 6,000 miles on it which I wa Cory W. and had a good experience. On Tuesday August 20, I took it in for its 5,000 mile maintenance. With a little over 6,000 miles on it which I was told wasn’t an issue. After an hour, I was called up to the cashier who informed me of the results. The mechanic, Alex, had put yellow for the cabin filter and air filter meaning replacement soon. Also my tires were at 6/32, and I was told they may need replacement soon. I was shocked and said it was a brand new car to which the lady said they don’t always put new tires on new cars. I left but returned shortly to talk to the service advisors. They explained about the tires. Somewhat! When I got home my husband checked the tires with our gauge and they were at 9/32. Then he noticed they hadn’t done a rotation either. I called Tyler, service manager, and he did come and pick up the car to fix everything that Alex didn’t do and said he did. The filters were also fine after Tyler showed up but it’s disturbing to have been told I would need new tires soon on a car with 6,000 miles on it. AND that new tires aren’t always put on new cars. We also had a conversation and complained to Mark, the general manager. My husband had already done the free oil change so Alex didn’t even have to do it. More
Top shelf service group. They explain what needs to be done and do it promptly and correctly. I have had over 400,000 miles of service work done on my Toyota- Scion vehicles They explain what needs to be done and do it promptly and correctly. I have had over 400,000 miles of service work done on my Toyota- Scion vehicles and have never had to return to repair something that wasn’t done correctly the first time. You would have to be crazy to get service done in other dealerships instead of lake country Toyota! More
I was very pleased with Alex Hartwig, Service Advisor, he is very kind and helpful and informative. Brake job took a long time, we were there over 5 hours. We did have the courtsey vehicle drop us for lunc is very kind and helpful and informative. Brake job took a long time, we were there over 5 hours. We did have the courtsey vehicle drop us for lunch nearby. When finally ready to leave, we found someone in the shop had left a dirty spot on my front passengar seat, my interior is beige. They had to take it back in and clean it which delayed us even longer. More
