The customer service, friendless, quality of work and my overall experience was great! As for pricing, I was not aware of the internet pricing and have made a call to see about honoring it. It is not fair for someone who does not have a computer to look these things up and was not brought to my attention by the sales manager. I feel that they need to honor that price. I purchased the extended warranty and the GAP insurance to protect my investment I feel that they could/should honor the internet pricing. Again, Thank you Carol Witt for great customer service and making my major decision stress free! More

Within 24 hours we were contacted by Gene Neleson who provided a very competitive price for the vehicle we were looking at but went the extra mile to understand the exact features and options we needed. He then searched all Toyota dealer inventories (and ever vehicles in transit) to find the exact model and options we wanted, provided a very competitive price, and gave us time to make a decision. I was'nt really looking to trade immediately but while driving thru the different Auto dealers lots and just looking, I saw the Red Volvo at Roundtree Moore Toyota. My older brother has owned/driven Volvo's for the past 40 years and has always bragged on them. I was driving a large pickup (gas hog) and have been wanting somthing smaller and more efficent. The sales office was closed so Monday morning first thing, I returned to the Volvo and was met immediately by Carol Witt salesperson for Roundtree Moore. Carol was very friendly and helpiful answereing my questions. We did a test drive with the Volvo and I was totally satisfied. I bought the Volvo after coming to an agreement on the trade in value of my truck. I am very happy with the trade. More
