Last Fall I received a call from Donnie Albritton inviting me to stop by to look at an opportunity to refinance my car at a lower rate. Due to family illness I missed several appointments. We finally were able to set a date for February 28. As my luck would have it, I had to make an unexpected trip to drop off one of my children at the airport. Again, I had to cancel my appointment with Mr. Albritton. As I drove back to town from my airport trip, I decided to drop by the dealership to personally apologize. Upon arrival at the dealership, Donnie was with another customer. John Rhode was assigned as my rep until Donnie could join us. John took the needed information for what I thought was a refinance. We were joined later by Mr. Albritton. Both gentlemen left with my financial info in hand and returned with financial approval for not only a refinance of my old car but for a NEW Camry for less than the cost of dinner at KFC each month. I don't remember the last time I was so excited. I am so grateful to Donnie Albritton for his continued follow up. He knew what I needed more than I did. I thank John Rhode for taking such good care of me and for the fine cup of coffee. John even transferred the contents of my trunk to my new car.
