This would have been the 5th car I would have purchased by internet and have never been treated in this manner. The car is not worth the tone and manner I received. Nelson -You are hilarious. Our internet pricing is our best pricing. We know we have the best price on our vehicle for a 150 mile radius. I can not come off of internet price. If my managers were even going to consider lowering price, it would be for a customer at the dealership. Set an appointment and come in. Customer - Your email is very rude. That is not the way to treat a potential customer especially since car buying is a negotiating process. I will not drive an hour just to waste time since we are only 500.00 apart and you obviously think all customers are stupid to the car buying experience. As soon as I find your GM’s email I am sending him a copy of your rude tone email. The car is not that great for you to get such an attitude. More

After considering several different options at 2 other dealersh I am very pleased with the recent purchase of my FJ Cruiser at Roundtree Moore Toyota. After considering several different options at 2 other dealerships, I chose Roundtree Moore for my FJ purchase. I have been looking for an FJ since December of last year and made my initial contact with Donnie Albritton. Donnie was very patient with me, never pressuring me but being consistent in his calls and e-mails to me. His persistence is the reason I kept coming back to Roundtree. When I was making my final plans for purchase. I informed John Kirby of an offer I had back home for unlimited warranty. John's honesty and willingness to work with me on the price was what finalized the sale for me. Carol Witt was very personable and made the paperwork so easy. She is a joy to work with. Chad Sessions is also very personable and found me a better rate than my local credit union. His information was very helpful in making my decision on other options such as extended warranty. I would highly recommend Roundtree Moore Toyota. More

She was very courteous and professional from the time I called until I completed the purchase. I decided against the pre-owned car and wound up purchasing a new vehicle instead because of the good price that was offered. Carol and Chris Hamrick very patient in showing me several cars and working with me most of the day to get the car that met my criteria at a price that also met my criteria. They wer very easy to work with. Overall it was a very positive experience. I've enjoyed my new Camry so far and been very pleased with the purchase. More
