The service of my 2014 toyota corrola I bought a new 2014 toyota corrola and had problems with the ac. I have taking it back several times. finally the 3rd time I took it in they replaced I bought a new 2014 toyota corrola and had problems with the ac. I have taking it back several times. finally the 3rd time I took it in they replaced the ac compressor. that worked for about 2 months. It started to have problems again and I took it back in. They had my car for 4 days and it worked fine for them. WhenIi picked my car up and stopped down the roadIi noticed a big scratch on the back door that wasn't there when I dropped it off. I called the service department to let them know and someone was going to call me back. I waited a day and no call. I called back and talked to a manager and he had someone call me back in 15 min. He was going to have collision department call me back to get it fixed. I now have not got a phone call back 3 days later. So at this time I am very unhappy with roundtree moore toyota. More

Well Worth the Drive from Tallahassee Jim definitely went above and beyond for us. The dealers website details the actual price vs. simply posting the MSRP. Within a half hour of our initial inquiry we got both a phone call and an email follow up and made an appointment to see the Sienna on Saturday. Jim gave us a fair deal on our trade in and we were on our way home before noon with our new Sienna! We really appreciated the time that Jim spent with us going over all of the Sienna's features making us very comfortable with our purchase.
