He was patient with my wife's purchase and assisted her in getting her Blu tooth activated. Roundtree Toyota should feel very fortunate to have John on their staff! The only glitch was with finance person Terry. He said it was 5,000 oil, but it is in fact 10,000 synthetic oil. Warranty info was not checked on many of the used vehicles window stickers on the used lot. More
