Great Service! Great Price! I spotted a Ford Flex on Auto Trader and contacted them for details. Hurricane Irma came through and frustrated our efforts to close the deal for a week. However, as soon as they were up and running again they brought the vehicle out to me in Panama City. It was exactly everything I expected to receive and there were no "surprises." I had been shopping in my local market for this specific vehicle for a few months. Rountree-Moore had the exact trim level I was seeking, with very low miles, and it was priced much lower than anything I could find locally -and the local ones had more miles on them! I paid approx. $3K less than the Panama City market was asking. So, I got a very good deal, with top notch service, and the vehicle was exactly as it was promoted. What more could I ask for? I was shown several options and choices to see which would work best for me. When I was able to get down to Lake City on Saturday, I already felt like I knew Heather. She made me feel very welcome and at ease. Anton Avila, who worked with me on prices and options, came out to greet me when I arrived. He has a great personality and I never felt like I was being forced into anything. He was honest with me about my trade in, and even worked my deal without having to trade in another vehicle!! The atmosphere of Rountree-Moore Toyota is like none I have ever experienced. WONDERFUL!!!! Laid back but professional. I didn't feel as if I should be on guard when I entered their front door. Heather was very knowledgeable about the Toyota product and answered any questions I had. We took a test drive and talked about the vehicle, our families, horses, and dogs. Turns out we were both animal lovers ! Terrence Shelton, financial manager, made the paperwork process PAINLESS!!! He was a joy to talk with as paperwork was being completed.
