Been searching for a year...overly impressed!! I have been searching for a new (minimum 7 passenger) SUV for over a year now. I have searched Atlanta, Columbus, Macon, Warner Robins, Tifton, Valdo I have been searching for a new (minimum 7 passenger) SUV for over a year now. I have searched Atlanta, Columbus, Macon, Warner Robins, Tifton, Valdosta, and Thomasville all in Georgia. I also spent time in Jacksonville, Tallahassee, Tampa Bay Area, and Orlando. It was not until I dealt with Rountree Moore in Lake City, FL that I decided to buy. So why? There were other dealerships willing to match their price, but it was their service. I didn't feel pressured. With a credit score over 800, I could have gone back and forth for hours, but I felt they were genuinely doing everything they could to provide me with exactly what I was looking for. Michael Dominguez was great! He worked for me in the dealership and had great knowledge of the vehicle I was looking for. That is a big deal to me. I had been to so many dealerships only to find out that I knew more about the Toyota Highlander than they did. Michael was top notch...even drove the vehicle to me so I didn't have to drive 2 hours to get it. I must also tell you that a BIG reason for purchasing at Rountree Moore Toyota in Lake City was Ali Ansari. I didn't even realize he was the General Manager until the deal was done. He was so personable and advocating for the best deal for me. He spent hours searching for the best loan terms and trade in value. Not many, if any, General Managers spend that much time working personally with customers. It is because of the Toyota family like Ali and Michael that will now do ALL of my purchasing at Rountree Moore Toyota! More
