Even when I did not show up when I said I would, he consistently worked with me. Victor and Justin assisted me after hours to seal the deal. John met me when I first arrived and helped me test drive and enjoy my visit until Victor returned from a drive with another customer. Over all we are very pleased with our total experience. I rated them good, because there is always room for improvement. We live 100 miles round trip, and Michael was very quick to offer to do a video of the auto I had called him about. He was also very quick in calling to make sure I got the video. It was probably a week before we could get to Lake City to actually meet with Michael . Unfortunately for us, the unit had been sold by the time we got there. Michael had others that we might be interested in and showed them very well. We ended up purchasing a 2016 Chrysler Town and Country Van. We added a couple accessories, that had to be ordered and an appointment was made to return to have them installed. Michael handled this with out a hitch. By the time we got to Justin Mckittick it was getting late, he was very knowledgeable of his product and never once appeared over anxious. He was successful in leading us to purchase two items in terms of warranties and service.. More
