I had informed him that i didn't have the best credit and that I had had many noses turned up to me and my business due to this fact, which made me skeptical about going to another dealership until i had straightened out my credit. Mr. Nathan was able to ease my discomfort and his sincerity in wanting to provide the best customer service persuaded me to drive almost 2 hours to visit Roundtree in Lake City. Upon arrival, there was a little miscommunication at first, but Mr. Nathan and his team, to include Mr. James Bryan and Damon Darden, went above and beyond the call of duty to help iron any wrinkles. I am extremely satisfied with the overall customer service that I recieved, I absolutely love my new car, and Roundtree Moore has gained a new loyal customer!!! More

She then came in on her day off to help us take delivery, showing us the vehicle's finer points, setting up our phones, and helping us navigate through the remaining paper work. Throughout the entire process, Heather was friendly and relaxed. Time and again she demonstrated her professionalism and her knowledge of the product and the purchasing protocol. They have a great selection of vehicles or they will take the time to look and find what your looking for. They are cut and dry with pricing and will work with you and how much you qualify for. Our salesman, Ben Blake worked with us on line, via sent an email video, texted us, and worked with our trade-in and we both agreed at a price that worked for everyone. The best Let me start by saying that this was the best car buying experience I have ever had. I called the dealer and talked to Mr. Ben Blake telling him what Let me start by saying that this was the best car buying experience I have ever had. I called the dealer and talked to Mr. Ben Blake telling him what I wanted and what I wanted to spend. I had already obtained financing at my credit union and just didn't want to play games. Mr. Blake called a few times over the next week telling me about vehicles that might be of interest to me, but no hard pressure like other dealerships. He called me on a Friday and stated he had found a truck just as I wanted and we agreed to meet on Saturday morning. The truck he had was a perfect fit and I told him that I would take it. Now waiting on the dealer to detail the truck and swap tags and fill the tank, Mr. Justin Mckittrick the business manager came to talk to me, asking if I was interested in maybe saving money financing with somebody other than my credit union. I was unsure as I have been with my credit union for years. Well, he was right he saved me almost 3 points interest and money. Gota love that. I would like to thank Mr. Blake and Mr. Mckittrick for going the extra mile in selling me what I wanted and saving me money also. I look forward to taking my truck back for any service work it may ever need. More
