great dealership I stopped by there on a road trip. Mike was the person who helped me my Highlander; I felt something in the rear end of my vehicle wasn't right. I left my vehicle with them to see if they could figure what was going on. A couple of hours later, Mike called to say all was well, nothing was wrong, Two of their technican's drove it and couldn't find anything wrong with it. I had cargo in the trunk and that was probably the cause. When I asked for the bill, he told me there was no charge. When I asked to tip the techs, he said no - it was their pleasure. If I lived in Lake City, I would definitely be their customer! More
