Excellent Job, Mitchell! I came in for an oil change and also inquired as to how long it would take to complete an air bag recall repair, as my car was on the recall list. Mit I came in for an oil change and also inquired as to how long it would take to complete an air bag recall repair, as my car was on the recall list. Mitchell, who was my service advisor, told me it would take about 1 1/2 hours. Since I was on a fairly tight schedule for the day, I told him it would have to wait. While I was in the customer waiting area, he came in and told me that since the parts were all available, it would only take about 45 minutes to perform the recall repair. Including the oil change, I was there for 1 3/4 hours! Thanks, Mitchell! More

Oil change I bought a Camry from this dealership a few months ago and it was time for an oil change, my hubby tried to do the change himself and was unable to du I bought a Camry from this dealership a few months ago and it was time for an oil change, my hubby tried to do the change himself and was unable to due to the oil filter being tightened to tight on the previous change. Rountree service center took care of it for free and gave us another oil change as well for our inconvenience. Wonderful service!!! More
