Good service I've always brought my RAV4 to Toyota for servicing since I bought it in 2014. There have been a couple times service writers were not the greatest but we decided to give it one last try and were lucky enough to meet Mitchell Summerlin. Mitchell greets us promptly when we drive up, he is efficient - he gets information he needs and directs us to the waiting area with coffee and magazines where we have a comfortable wait. Mitchell made a difference in our decision as to where we take our Toyota for servicing. He always let's us know what we may need in the future, so we can plan for it. He is an asset to this dealership. Check out is always a pleasant experience with Ms. Green or Ms. Dicks, both are very nice ladies. They were even pleasant during the renovations! It's encouraging to us as customers to have such good people working at Rountree-Moore Toyota, and we will continue to return. More
