No pressure sales and straight forward pricing online without "hidden" fees and fake discounts. Went to Gainesville GMC website and the pricing is vague and shows discounts that are not real once you get to the dealership. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. All employees are friendly and treated me like family. More

I contacted this dealership about a used vehicle they had on their website. I received an email back from Norbie saying that I would be hearing back from someone. Edward emailed me and said that vehicle I on their website. I received an email back from Norbie saying that I would be hearing back from someone. Edward emailed me and said that vehicle I was looking at was already sold. He didn't ask if there was any other vehicles I was interested in. I then emailed him back with the type of vehicles I was looking for. He said that he looked forward to me coming in. I wasn't going to go unless I knew what they had for used vehicles first. I felt like if I went, it was going to be a high pressure sales pitch for something I would not have wanted. More
