Quick, easy, straightforward buying experience. Purchased vehicle was just what I wanted. The information on the web site was complete and accurate on the vehicle, but did not disclose that the Purchased vehicle was just what I wanted. The information on the web site was complete and accurate on the vehicle, but did not disclose that the dealer would seek a mark-up from the posted price if you financed elsewhere. Only minor complaint on the purchased vehicle was that the detailer left a good bit of wax residue and pine tar that took some scrubbing. Software glitch meant I had to re-sign some of the paperwork the next day. Overall quite satisfactory. More
