I’m really satisfied with the service I received on my Buick Rendevous recently. The service manager, Mitch, was so helpful and professional. I enjoyed working with Norbie, and the buying process went smoothly. I wish we could have gotten more off the MSPR, but I understand this was a 2025 vs. 2024. The Finance guy was apparently relatively ne went smoothly. I wish we could have gotten more off the MSPR, but I understand this was a 2025 vs. 2024. The Finance guy was apparently relatively new, as the process took a bit longer than expected, and they had to correct a few items (e.g., county taxes) from someone who purchased four cars this past year. I appreciate Kelsey assisting the finance guy in getting the disabled plates. Still, he stepped out of the room when she was troubleshooting on his computer, which he probably should have stuck around to learn how to do in the future. Kelsey and Harleigh were excellent, and they were both instrumental in getting the plate situation worked out quickly and getting them on my truck. I'd purchase another vehicle from Norbie, as he was straightforward when working with me!!! More
