Overall, great. However, I rated 4 (and not 5) only because, for some reason, it took several months to get the Y78 recall completed on my 2500 Ram. I felt like I was being lied to: 1)come back in if your truck starts running rough 2)the part isn't available (I was told this twice-the 2nd time I knew it was available) 3)wouldn't get call backs when I was told someone would call me back 4)we get one per week - you'll be the next one, etc. Just being honest. With this said, I don't want to go to any other dealership. I do get great service! I think the dreaded Y78 recall was just a thing because it's pretty involved-You Tube. More
