This was my first time ever buying a new vehicle, and they took complete advantage of that. Norbie decided to charge me over $3000 more than sticker price. Buying a new vehicle for the first time is an intimidating experience, and I went in there thinking I could trust them, with it being a small town dealership. I would have been a customer for life, but now I wouldn’t trust them to perform a simple oil change. When the dust settled, I called Norbie to ask why I was charged over sticker price, he said that’s just the way it works. STAY AWAY from City GMC. I am aware that they can charge whatever they want, but they never displayed why the increase from the sticker price. My next call will be to better business bureau and GMC. More

I have always had Fords until this truck. Alway got my work done at the Ford dealer. Always got the tires rotated when I got as oil change, I always got the Works Service which included oil c Alway got my work done at the Ford dealer. I had to pay extra because my car a 2019 Mustang GT took extra oil. So it cost about $70. I have a Lifetime Maintenance Card from Lake City GMC and I used the Manager special to get an oil change and a tire rotation. and ended up paying $100. Only $30 more but not really take out the supposed discounts and it was $50 dollars more. So next time I'll check out Walts Ford in Live Oak to see if they can do an oil change at their Fast Lube. Plus I was told the lifetime Maintenance was a $30 discount but I was only given a $20 discount. And of a Lifetime Maintenance is just a $20 that is not worth it me. More
