Felt discounted Car was not washed like in past. Felt like my concerns were not valudated but brushed off. 6000 miles and 2 bad parts?? I know things happen but to Car was not washed like in past. High volume, no frills, OK service, but job got done. Got an oil change and inapection check up, so pretty basic stuff, but happy it was paid though certified warrenty. Way to long. I called on a Friday and told them what happened. Got an a]appointment to bring in on Monday. Kept appointment even during a rainstorm. Got a call 7 hrs later Alex called with quote6 hrs later then she said he would call. He informed me there were scratches on the door asked for pictures and he refused. I could only go by his word. Not very good customer service. Then I kept getting calls from someone else asking if I wanted to bring my car in. When I told her it was there she was confused. Lack of communication and timing in the facility. I have been without my car for way past my promise date. And had to get a rental. Have not heard anything since Thursday. And never once was offered a loaner car since they are keeping longer then promised and then gave me a hopefully it will be done by Wednesday. Really a hopefully date. More

The car smells like gasoline from the outside, and although there are no visible leaks, I can almost gag on the fumes and my gas gauge drops rapidly while driving. This cracked line repair is fully covered under warranty from GM by my understanding. Not only did I have to wait a week to take my car in "because all of our techs are on vacation and get back Monday" , the repair was 1100 dollars quoted after warranty work, because I supposedly need new fuel lines and "everything was rusty". I am under my car every month doing repairs and I see no issues with rust on the fuel filter which I recently replaced or other areas that would make the repair 1100 dollars worth of repairs. I told them to lower my car and took it to a local mechanic, who said that the lines were ok from his inspection and that I probably just needed a new fuel pump. I cannot afford to be scammed like this. I drive this car because it is what I can afford after putting myself through college. Please tell Glenn Lewis (repair coordinator) to stop xxxxxxx on his Mountain Dew bottle and do his xxxxing job. More

What did I pay for? Came in because my coolant fan would not stop. Dropped it off Friday night. Was told that the car was worked on Saturday. Was told no problem was found but would have one more look over. No one called. I just showed up. Look like my car never made it into the shop. It just moved over one space. Was told if problem happens again to come back to replace relay switch. Got billed a hundred dollars. Two days later same problem. I fixed the relay switch for 7 dollars. If it was this easy I’d a fix why’d you keep my car for two days and why did you waste all this time. It’s an inconvenience to be without a car. It adds more frustration when it feels like there wasn’t much attention given to the car. If they would’ve looked they would’ve found out I needed new spark plugs for the engine when my car had problems the next day. I won’t be back. More
