On August 27th, I brought my 2019 Chevy Blazer in for a lube, oil and filter change as well as 4 tire rotation. John Webler, the Service Adviser, took care of writing up the order and told me the car would lube, oil and filter change as well as 4 tire rotation. Now that's service. Also on September 3rd, I had to have my 2019 Chevy Blazer checked for a fault on the dash display showing a horizontal red line streaming across the display. Chad Sandman, the Service Advisor, had a Technician perform a diagnostic test and found the problem with an sd-card and he fixed the problem. That fix was under warranty. Chad sent me a text to pick up my car within 2 hours. Very satisfied with the prompt service. More

Came in for an oil change and walked out with a $230. bill. Never approved extra work to be performed. First time this has happened. Very disappointed. Did not need a large bill at this time as we have bill. Never approved extra work to be performed. First time this has happened. Very disappointed. Never have had a dealer perform extra work without getting an OK and give an explanation why the work was to be done. Must be looking for upcharges and extra work during the covid pandemic and downturn. More
