I am unhappy with my experience at Laird Noller. The manager was argumentative and rude. Financing snuck in additional fees and packages without my knowledge. I will not be recommending this company More

They were likable and efficient. I do not like the 1499 service requirement. Just sell the car. Allow people to opt out of that and just add a 500 finders fee. I’d respect that m More
