My experience with the salesman was good. He was knowledgeable and accommodating. And of course the finance man was pleasant although in a bit of a hurry as closing time was drawing near. As with the majority of car buyers, my head was spinning while trying to digest all the information I received that afternoon. When everything was signed and I returned home, I had a moment to look over the paperwork to determine how the total price was achieved. It was frustrating to see the actual total of dealer add on charges. It was also very frustrating to see the total cost of the extended warranty as I was told “it would only add $38 to my monthly payment.” If that statement was true, there is an $1870 difference in what I’m actually paying. When I called the next day to question that difference in particular, I spoke with one of the managers who tried to placate me with meaningless chatter. At this time, I’ve chosen to look at it as a very expensive learning experience. No, I will not recommend this dealership without the caveat to beware of extreme dealer add on charges. More
The technicians are always pleasant. The service needs to improve. The prices are outrageous . I can get an oil change , same stuff for $60 compared to their $136. !!!!!! Ridiculous. HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT, I’ve seen so many one star reviews to this dealership in the last few months- that should speak for itself. Morgan, the sales manager is beyond unprofessional, I can’t believe he was g to this dealership in the last few months- that should speak for itself. Morgan, the sales manager is beyond unprofessional, I can’t believe he was given the position to oversee the sales of this dealership. The GM is apparently MIA when there is an issue with a purchase, we were told she refused to correct this error without us hiring an attorney. The SM, Morgan hung up on us and sold us a car that was not the same car as the online description, the car was the wrong color and it had damage in multiple places, inside and out. The car was dropped off sight unseen and would not take the car back as soon as we got home and realized the car was not the same car in the online advertisement. We are hiring an attorney to correct their mistake and FRAUD, BEWARE OF THIS BUSINESS! More

From the salesman to upper management the committed fraud and sold me a car online that was not the correct vehicle. When it was delivered the car was not the right vehicle and furthermore damage not disclos and sold me a car online that was not the correct vehicle. They refused to take the vehicle back and after that they will not return my phone calls to repair the vehicle and sell it. I now have to spend money on an attorney to make this right. More
