The technicians are always pleasant. The service needs to improve. The prices are outrageous . I can get an oil change , same stuff for $60 compared to their $136. !!!!!! Ridiculous. More

Bought a Genesis in April, 2024 but dealer wouldn’t honor the free service that was supposed to be included. Complete rip-off. Valet service was not honored by the new Genesis dealer in Overland Pak. More

Genesis of KC is supposed to provide concierge within a 75 mile radius. It is my understanding you are well within the radius. If you call Genesis Customer Care and file a complaint, they should be able to help you. They, as in Genesis Customer Care, will call Genesis of KC and ask them why they are not taking care of you. This isn’t true. We called two days ago and a Sarah spoke to us and was totally awful to us and the bank who did the loan. You sent us a car gray car with white interior and sent us paperwork that has white car and black interior, like we thought we were buying. Also, the mileage is off. Your dealership is awful and so are your shady employees.
