The dealership was a good experience overall. Derek was great and same with Jacob. They were very fair on price! The car when I got it didn’t have the best detail job. There were a few stains. Horrible car buying experience. Bad communication with unreturned phone calls and emails. They were dishonest about paperwork and information about what was wrong with the vehicle. Servicing of vehicle took over a week when originally told less since the parts were in stock. Lots of red flags in hindsight that I shouldn’t have ignored. Salesman called to check in after purchase and said he would assist in finding resolution to some of the open issues only to never hear from them again. More
