Tim has always been someone who goes the extra mile. He is trustworthy, does his research to assist you with making the best decision when purchasing a vehicle. Once you have bought a vehicle he does not do a memory dump and forgets who you are. He has helped with the sale and the service of our vehicles since we have lived in Topeka. An example of his commitment to serve you is how he helped my Mother this past week. Because we have punched multiple vehicles through Tim I brought my Mom is to see him when it was time for her to purchase a car. She was from out of town and within the weekend we had her in a car that she has been very pleased with. This past week she had an issue with her starter and the shop she was in wanted to replace the entire starter. She got ahold of Tim for advice and through his research she only need to replace a small plastic piece instead of the entire starter that the out of town shop was trying to get her to replace. Instead of a $400+ starter job she went to a different shop and got the plastic part replaced for about $80. Thank you Tim! Great guy, I will continue to send others to him and he will see us when we are ready to trade the van he sold us five years ago. More

I had my car in for service for several items during the week. I'm always given a car to drive as a Lincoln owner and my car is always returned washed and clean. This last week a mistake was made installing week. I'm always given a car to drive as a Lincoln owner and my car is always returned washed and clean. This last week a mistake was made installing my windshield that I asked them to have a vendor take care of while they were doing other service work on my car. Even though it was not their fault the windshield was broken during installation they had to reschedule me back to have another installed. Due to the mistake made by the windshield people they went above and beyond the all of duty and when I picked up my car there was a gift basket along with a ole and a sincere apology. They have always done quality work and have great people but this is just another example of the service manager putting customer service as his #1 priority.. Sincere thanks Jon Fredrick!! More

TODAY I TOOK THE 2005 LINCOLN IN FOR SERVICE AND THEY DISCOVERED A BAD TIRE, ARRANG SERVICE DEPARTMENT AND SALES HAVE BEEN OUTSTANDING WITHOUT FAIL.
