I NeVER give 5s on surveys. I train sales reps for a living. I just don't typically see that level of sales professionals in the field. However, I loved the genuine customer service, genuine teamwork living. I just don't typically see that level of sales professionals in the field. My only complaint was it took about 5 hours to buy a car as they were short staffed.(got there @ 1 left after 6) However, our main rep Josh continuously communicated with us on the process, offered refreshments and ultimately kept us as customers. Unlike another dealer, they understood the value of a cash deal and didn't make us feel like we were weird or wrong for paying cash for a car.
