When we call or come in he is always right there doing everything in his power to make us feel cared for like we are a part of the family. Even if we run into him outside of the dealership he still greets us by name and asking about the family. My husband Mike and I will personally never go anywhere else for a car or truck. Tim was awesome! We have purchased several vehicles from this dealership over the past 40 years. We have always been pleased with the experience including their Service Department and Dwayne Juhnke. We returned this past Saturday, "just shopping", and left with a new Mazda CX-5. Tim Mallams met us as we were getting out of our vehicle and pleasantly asked if we here being helped. He then helped us narrow our search, located a vehicle fitting that description and brought it to us, due to my mobility issues! After driving the Mazda, we then compared Ford and Hyundai SUVs. Tim made this process so easy helping us compare the pros and cons of each vehicle! Tim treated us with respect, as did all of the employees we encountered, brought us lunch, and allowed us to watch the Wildcats beat the Horns will we were waiting to close the deal! We could not be happier! More

Horible ( edited and have better opinion) I took my 2010 Elantra in because of a recall. I was treated like I was a total idiot because I had not used them for maintaince. I was told when and where I drive my car and told they were putting me on there maintaince schedule. I was treated like I was a two year old. And the worst of it was I was sitting in the waiting room and was screamed at in front of a whole room of people. I will NEVER go back. I have since talked to the manager and he made it right with me. I now recommended this dealer. More

Great car buying expierence Ron Bozarth went above and beyond to make sure that I got the car that I wanted with all the options. Great experience, will do business with again I work in sales, and dread car buying. I've driven my last vehicle for 13 years I dislike it so much! Tim was very knowledgeable about all the brand I work in sales, and dread car buying. I've driven my last vehicle for 13 years I dislike it so much! Tim was very knowledgeable about all the brands Noller carries, helped me to compare and contrast across the brands and models, and helped me to locate precisely the vehicle I was looking for without a lot of pressure, hassle, or making me feel like I owed him something. Other dealerships claimed to be there for me, but with other sales folks, when I documented all my questions, none of them got answered -- literally. One dealership in town responded to my questions with a one line email that "when you're ready we're here for you". Uhhh, yeah. Tim was on the ball, got the questions I had answered, didn't try to upsell me beyond what I was looking for (while still making all the options known), respected the research I had already done, and helped me get into a car that fits what I was looking for; even though it was slightly different than my notions walking in, and we spent slightly more than I had anticipated I didn't feel like I'd been pushed into it the decision. Tim made me comfortable that no matter what choice I'd made he would help me get the most for what I was spending. What was especially nice to me is that while I went in thinking I'd decided on the Mazda CX-5, I wanted to compare to the Ford Escape, and Tim was able and willing to show me the Ford. I didn't have to get handed over to someone else, and he knew as much about the Escape as he did the CX-5, which is more than I can say for his competitors in the market, several of whom I knew more about the vehicle I test drove than they did. #1 rule of selling -- know your product!!! I haven't had an opportunity yet to see how the service at the dealership is, but I"m confident that if I have any issues, Tim will step in and make sure my issues are addressed to my satisfaction. I will definitely start my next car buying experience by calling Tim. More
