The staff is professional, yet down to earth!!! We walked in at 11:30 and I was leaving with a 2013 Ford Focus by 3:00pm. I was hoping for maybe a 2008 with decent gas mileage, and I left with so much more. We got greeted by Nick Harper with a smile and he was down to earth and professional as well as very detailed. He listened and I got treated with respect. At no time did I feel pressured to make a decision. Through the whole experience I was treated great. Will finalized our paperwork, and he was wonderful. He explained everything in great detail. Also if we have any other questions, please contact him. Al Gallegos took care of things at the end. He was very nice. All these guys were great. It was during their lunch time, and I didn't feel rushed into making a decision. These guys really listen, and the company is wonderful. I would highly encourage anyone to give them a chance first, before going to any other dealership!! Some dealerships would of dragged out the process the whole day. Then you come out with nothing. There is a lot of dealerships that tell you ........yes we can do that payment. Then hours later it is doubled. You walk out feeling depressed and beaten.
