Service Be careful to inspect the parts recommended for replacement. A new cabin air filter was recommended when it was replaced 11K miles ago ...it just needed to have some debris blown off of it. Be careful to inspect the vehicle before returning it to the customer. Returned the car five minutes after I left because the check engine light was on and the replaced brakes were making a clicking noise. Be careful to let the customer know if all of the service can be performed...one of the two recall services could not be performed because the part was not in. I would have scheduled the service at a later time knowing this; now I have to bring the car back to complete the service. Everything else about the service experience was fantastic. I am lucky to have my car at this Laird Noller location. I have heard a lot of negative about service at the 23rd Street location. A friend who has purchased four vehicles from that location has experienced nothing but problems and swears he will never buy another Ford or Mazda vehicle from them. Postscript: I didn't submit my previous review because this site required 25 words minimum and I did not have 25 words worth of feedback. Great Service I purchased a truck a little less than a month ago. I discovered that the driver's side heat was not working and that the part and labor would be cos I purchased a truck a little less than a month ago. I discovered that the driver's side heat was not working and that the part and labor would be costly. Laird Noller stepped in and took care of the issue without a hitch and managed to resolve an additional problem that I was unaware of. I was provided a sufficient loaner during the repair. I am very impressed and pleased with the service that I received throughout the process and will definitely be giving them future business. I would recommend these guys to anyone. More
