2011 Jeep Wrangler Purchase and follow up. In April of 2015 I purchased a 2011 Jeep Wrangler. My sales person was Josh Hoke, and I dealt with Scott as well in the transaction. These two were ou In April of 2015 I purchased a 2011 Jeep Wrangler. My sales person was Josh Hoke, and I dealt with Scott as well in the transaction. These two were outstanding in getting me into the vehicle I wanted and I appreciate it. I would also like to include my "Blow Out Day". On May 19th I experienced a blowout on the left rear tire of the Jeep. I understand that things happen and this was one of those things. I have changed tires many times in my lifetime and this was going to be a quick change and back on the road. Well to try and make my long story short, there is a locking lug nut wrench that was supposed to be with the vehicle to remove the spare tire. It was not in the vehicle. I called Laird Noller and spoke with Dale who what filling in for Scott. I had originally asked for Josh my sales person but he was not coming in until later. Dale jumped through hoops to help me. Not only did he contact Josh, he assured me that any problems that I was having, Laird Noller would address in the future for me. Dale went out of his way to assure me that all would be good and even contacted Josh before he was scheduled to come in to work. They both worked diligently to remedy my problems I was having that day. They absolutely turned a very frustrating experience with my flat tire into a "No Problem, WE have your back" experience. I have never received such good customer service from any dealership that I have purchased a vehicle from that I received from these gentlemen at Laird Noller in Lawrence Ks.
