We were traveling across country on a lengthy family summer trip when trouble struck our Ford F-350 (in southern Illinois at the time). It was drivable but clearly needed service. I called ahead to Laird Noller Ford in Lawrence KS where we would be for two days. Mike Smith found a way to take care of us in the tight window of time we had in our travel itinerary. He knew full well it is highly unlikely we'd be a repeat customer, being from out of town, just passing through, but he squeezed us in and put his best diesel mechanic (Leon Reed) on the job as well. Our trip's continued from there and the truck is purring like it should. Thanks guys, you saved our summer vacation!!! More

Good experience My service appointment was very good. I had a coupon for an oil change and asked if I could have the recall service appointment scheduled. They were My service appointment was very good. I had a coupon for an oil change and asked if I could have the recall service appointment scheduled. They were able to repair the recall in addition to doing an oil change. They also changed my car door handles which were peeling and getting worn. I didn't realize my warranty was still active so the door handle replacements were free of charge. I am very happy with the service I received! :) More
