Time Lost We dropped our car off, after having it towed due to a blown transmission, on a Sunday night. We called Monday morning to explain the issue. We were told by the end of that week, they would have the transmission taken apart, and give our third-party warranty company a call to come out. This was not done until the following mid-week. Each time WE had to call for an update, wondering where our car was. Once the warranty company came out, we were given the option of a rental, either for the Memorial day weekend, and returning it on Tuesday, or picking it up on Tuesday and having it for 4 days, leaving us without a vehicle for the holiday weekend. Once actual work on the transmission began, the deadline was pushed back twice, and finished on a Friday - to which we were not notified until Monday - a full month from drop-off. The car was returned dirtier than when we dropped it off. We have only had it back for a day now, so actual repair reliability is yet to be tested. More
