The mechanic who was given the task of changing my oil seemed to be doing somethin As always I was treated very graciously by the one behind the desk. The mechanic who was given the task of changing my oil seemed to be doing something at a desk and he was very sluggish in getting up and proceeding to get my car and to do the oil change. This was the only negative I witnessed on this visit to Laird Nolle. Mr. Noller was strolling the parking lot and greeted me very warmly and asked if I were being taken care of. That impressed me.
