From my initial experience with Dale Kite, my salesperson, to the ongoing service wiht Laird Noller my experince has been outstanding. Most recently I had an oil change at the express lube. I've always received excellent service at Laird Noller Automotive. The new Quick Service Lane certainly expedites the process of the simple seasonal checkup/oil change. Bought my Explorer last year and don't think I ever received an opportunity to comment on the purchase: "built" it online, eventually provided my name & email address & phone number, was contacted by Josh Hoke. Josh "found" the car and had it delivered to Lawrence. Fun negotiating process with Josh & Sales Manager = very happy new car owner. Great work by all! More

This is my first experience with Laird Noller Ford and it has been an easy and pleasant one! After having my vehicle towed to the dealership and worrying about transportation during the Thanksgiving holiday has been an easy and pleasant one! Cole worked fast to find a loaner vehicle for me and assure me that everything was taken care of. Overall I have experienced excellent customer service, and I will be a repeat customer! More

Brought my Chevrolet Tahoe to Laird Noller on whim, I knew it needed a thermostat and my spouse needed the car ASAP. I spoke with the Service Manager, Steve who said they would get it done for me. I dr knew it needed a thermostat and my spouse needed the car ASAP. I spoke with the Service Manager, Steve who said they would get it done for me. I dropped it off with Wade first thing in the morning and was able to hand the keys to my wife over my lunch hour. Speedy service, no hassles, and quality work, all from a dealership that doesn't even sell the brand of my vehicle. I will definitely use Laird Noller for service on all my vehicles from here on out! More

I have had several services done with Laird Noller's service department since I bought a used car from their dealership a few months back. Every time they have provided timely service and great customer service department since I bought a used car from their dealership a few months back. Every time they have provided timely service and great customer service. They have stuck to doing work which is covered under my service contract, so there has been no hidden costs or surprises. I started building my relationship with the people in the service department from the day I bought my used vehicle, and I immediately felt that I could trust them and their services. I've had several over the phone and in person dealings with Wade, and he has become my go to guy. He learned my schedule and always has things done on my time. This is the best shop I've visited in Lawrence and I will continue to use them beyond my service agreement. More

Steve and his colleagues made sure my car was fixed right, as quickly as possible, and he stayed on the phone for a very long time, to get the necessary information required to get my extended warranty right, as quickly as possible, and he stayed on the phone for a very long time, to get the necessary information required to get my extended warranty to cover the cost of the repairs. As we found out, it did cover the repairs and more that I thought it would cover, so I am getting more than one thing fixed under warranty. I am a very happy motorist! More

Steve Smaczniak provided me with Friendly, Fast, and Great Service. He helped me with parts I Needed to Hold my bak window on so it would Not fall off and Break. I had a very bad situation turned good by Kelly & his staff of professional Technicians. I had a rental truck & trailer well the car i was towing had the tow straps release while towing &the car proceede staff of professional Technicians. The only wayI could right this situation was to seek professional help.Thats just what I recieved at Lair Noller dealership in Lawrence Kansas. The service manager Kelly Steele quickly assed the situation and put his team of techs.on the the job immediately. They handeled the situation professionally,expediently and without charge.In this day and time thats atrue rarity among people. I couldn't thank Kelly& his staff enough for the fine work and swift handling of my problem.These men and women are an example for any place that touts customer service{simply the best] Thanks And God Bless you for all your help Kelly Steele and Shop Technicians. We had a car emergency when our engine overheated on a Saturday. We took it to Laird Noller and the service manager Kelly Steele saved the day! Kelly stayed late Saturday night to make sure that everythi Saturday. We took it to Laird Noller and the service manager Kelly Steele saved the day! Kelly stayed late Saturday night to make sure that everything was repaired on the car so we could drive it to Texas the next day. He even came in on a Sunday morning to cancel out the order and give us our car. He definitely went above and beyond and I would recommend him to anyone in the are for future car service/repair. More
