Amazing!!! You could say I am at this shop literally almost every couple of months, trying to keep my car going. Whether it be for something simple or major but You could say I am at this shop literally almost every couple of months, trying to keep my car going. Whether it be for something simple or major but these people are really great to work with and they will take really good care of you. Went in for a routine oil change and found out that my car was leaking transmission fluid, the rear main seal had gone bad. Freaking out, what else could happen now. Every time there is a problem, Danny always takes the time to explain and show me what is happening with the car. He even takes the time to debate with you, on whether you should trade it in or keep it. In wanting to keep this car, I decided to fix the issue, Alex gave me a quote of what everything would cost. Not having the funds at the time, it was suggested to bring the car in and have the transmission fluid checked, to hopefully prevent any other damages. Finally, took the car in for the repair and when I picked it up, Alex took the time to review what all had been done and said that one of my favorite mechanics Shane Sharp had done his handy work to fix the car. Driving my car home everything was so smoothed, Shane knows what he is doing. Can't thank you guys enough for all of your patience and hard work. You are all really AMAZING!!! Thank You. More

A few years ago, I had some serious problems with this service department (misplaced service orders, installation of the wrong parts, etc.), but I think those problems have been rectified and I have no qualms about taking my older truck in for maintenance. They have kept the truck running in fine order, and I'm happy with the results and happy with the service technicians. More

I will continue to recommend this dealership to anyone in Lawrence. They always make sure I understand what was wrong, and also go above and beyond by inspecting and washing the car every time! My only regret is that I wish I had gone through this dealership for my original purchase and not just for service work. Laird Noller Hyundai has some of the best customer service practices I've seen in a long time. More
