We had a bad experience at a Hyundai dealer in Wichita, and have decided that all work we need done on our Hyundai will now be done at Laird Noller. Danny Dolar and Jessica worked on our behalf to convince Hyundai to replace our engine. Lesson learned...ALWAYS HAVE YOUR CAR SERVICED AT THE DEALER PURCHASED AT AND ALWAYS BUY YOUR HYUNDAI FROM LAIRD NOLLER LAWRENCE!! Having bought our car in Olathe, Danny took it into his own hands and worked with Hyundai to get us a new motor. He saved us thousands of dollars due to a manufacturer defect! Having just a few oil changes done elsewhere could have changed this entire outcome and Danny and Jessica were A++++. Thank you Laird Noller Lawrence. Being in customer service...this was the best service I have ever experienced...considerate, prompt, professional, excellent follow up and sincere!!! Not the norm!!! More
