Exceeds expectations for quality of service! Quality of service consistently exceeds expectations at Laird Noller Hyundai. I have taken 3 vehicles (2 Hyundais and 1 Ford) to this team -- Alex Alv Quality of service consistently exceeds expectations at Laird Noller Hyundai. I have taken 3 vehicles (2 Hyundais and 1 Ford) to this team -- Alex Alvarado, Danny Dolar and Jessica Lund -- over that last 30 days for routine or special maintenance, and each time they delivered top-flight service! They are good and effective communicators and I appreciate that they keep me posted as work in the shop progresses to advise me of needed repairs/anticpated costs. They deliver the car when promised and, again, communicate effectively about the services performed. They advise on recommended services for upcoming maintenance checks but never try to "sell" needless service until required (much appreciated). Most recently, they went well above and beyond (Alex and Danny) in picking up a 1997 Ford that had been idle for 3 years, jumping it, and then providing excellent comprehensive maintenance to put it back on the road in no time! WOW!!! Now that's SERVICE. Finally, they are warm and friendly in their demeanor but always professional. Their smiles are genuine and they make my routine trip to the car shop an enjoyable experience. I have complete confidence that Alex, Danny and Jessica and know they will always return my vehicle having received excellent service -- on time -- with a smile! Very sincerely - Fred Conboy More
Not amazingly fast, but thorough and friendly. I went in for an oil change and alignment if needed. This took around 4 hours total. Alex kindly explained to me that these usually occur when some obstacle was run-over, but I do not ever recall hitting something like such. In any case, he also mentioned that these are a serious driving hazzard. I didn't have the money on me to afford the tires immediately from them, but I'm glad they let me know. The cost of tires are slightly more than some other places for the quality of tire you're getting, but that doesn't factor in shipping if you're buying online.The first thing I plan on doing is replacing my tires sometime within the next week. Other than that, Alex walked me through the free full point inspection explaining that all fluids looked good and that my car was in good shape. For general and trustworthy work on the brand of cars they sell they'll do a good job. It may take a little longer, but the free full point inspection is always nice, as well as topping off of the windshield wiper and car-wash when the weather is applicable. More

For instance, he recommended that we need NOT replace the rear brakes at this time and that saved us money. I did not have to wait for assistance and the work was completed relatively quickly. At the time of the first oil change I wanted to speak with a service mechanic directly since there was a rattling sound coming from the vehicle but the receptionist (Jessica Lund) did not let me speak with the mechanic but told me she would relay my concerns to the mechanic. In any case, the oil change was done but the rattling sound remains. I think a direct interaction with the actual mechanic might have solved the problem but at this time the problem still persists. Mixed Feelings When I brought in the van, Grant asked what he could do for me. He was in the middle of finishing another customer so he stated he needed to complete When I brought in the van, Grant asked what he could do for me. I was going to be out of town so I asked to go ahead and pay so I could pick the van up after hours. He seemed (just a feeling he left) that was going to be a problem. He said he needed to check on cost of parts and labor etc., so he said I could have a seat. We were kind of in a hurry and when I stepped up to the counter Grant got a little defensive, stating that he wasn't even ready yet, he still needed to check on parts cost. So I stepped back and in a little while he was ready. I gave him my keys, signed the papers and told him to leave the van outside and keys in cup holder and close it up. He said he would call and let me know when the van was done so I wouldn't have to worry about that it had been put outside and the keys were inside. Grant or no one from your service department called. When we got back into town I got into van and couldn't find keys, which started to upset me. I checked in several common locations and finally found them in the center console part on top. I usually don't put much in there and was the last place I looked. Again was not happy he didn't put it where I had asked. Also cost was off by about $4.55 and he used some of my bonus reward money to cover it and nothing was even discussed about that. More
